What data we collect

When you join the Namche waitlist, we collect your email address, your trip type (for example, skiing or trekking) and your trip date. We collect nothing else.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to tell you about the Namche launch and about founding membership places. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Where your data is stored

Waitlist responses are stored by Tally (tally.so), our form provider. Tally's own privacy policy applies to their storage and processing. We do not copy your data to any other system before launch.

Who we share it with

We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We will not pass your data to anyone outside of the services needed to operate Namche.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you ask us to delete it, or until twelve months after the Namche launch, whichever is sooner — unless you have become a member, in which case standard account data retention applies.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Email us at thomas.willis9@hotmail.com with the subject line "Delete my data" and we will remove your record within 5 working days and confirm by reply.

You also have the right to access a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct any inaccuracies, and to object to processing. Contact us at the same address for any of these requests.

This site does not set cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-friendly.
